Rogers Capital Payroll Services Ltd is a Mauritius-based payroll provider that helps clients apply payroll legislation correctly, reduce compliance risk and improve accuracy in their pay cycles. Its payroll team supports more than 150 clients, ranging from single-employee companies to organisations with over 4,000 staff, in sectors including conglomerates, insurance, offshore and global business, oil and gas, distribution, manufacturing, NGOs and pension services.

Payroll is run on Aletia, a web-based system designed and developed in-house. Built primarily in Java and portable across platforms, it handles multi-company, multi-currency and multi-user payroll and retains historical data for HR reporting and analytics. Clients access the system remotely using two-factor authentication.

Day-to-day payroll operations cover data capture, payroll computation, money transfers and reporting in line with local legislation. Reports can be produced in PDF, Excel and EDI formats and include audit reports, analysis reports, bank files, net pay lists and other formats tailored to the client's requirements.
