Native Teams provides Employer of Record services in Armenia, allowing companies to hire employees there without setting up a local business or office. Native Teams becomes the legal employer and manages payroll, taxes and HR administration, while the client continues to direct the employee's day-to-day work.

Employees are placed on compliant, locally recognised contracts that meet Armenian legal requirements. The platform centralises HR documents and employee records in one place, processes salaries, taxes and benefits, and administers mandatory benefits such as health insurance and pensions. Country-adjusted payroll calculators covering more than 95 countries help clients estimate employment costs before hiring.

The service is aimed at global enterprises hiring internationally without a local entity, startups and SMEs entering the Armenian market, and remote teams that need compliant employment and ongoing compliance management.
