Mandú by Visma is a human resources platform that integrates payroll, talent management and people administration in a single system. Its payroll module handles salary calculation with legal compliance and control, including complex organisational structures, and the company supports its users with local specialist service.

Alongside payroll, the platform covers personnel administration and employee records, digital signature of employment contracts and documents, leave and holiday management with automated requests, approvals and balances, time and attendance tracking of shifts and overtime, access control, and canteen management. On the talent side it offers recruitment and candidate tracking, onboarding, and tools to measure workplace climate and engagement with action plans supported by AI.

Mandú is part of Visma and works with more than 4,500 clients across Latin America, reporting over four million active users and more than 4.1 million pay slips signed per month, with more than 30 years of experience in the market. It is aimed primarily at mid-sized and large organisations that need integrated, automated HR and payroll processes.
