The company operates a segregated payments function that can submit bank files on a client's behalf or generate a bank file for them, and supports third party payments. Confidential payroll data is stored and processed under the company's data security arrangements.

Employees are served by the iPayslips online portal, where they can view, save or print payslips on a rolling 24-month basis, with an automatic mobile view for smaller screens, alongside employee support sites.
