Confida Consulting provides payroll outsourcing services in Serbia for companies that prefer not to run an internal payroll department. Its service is set up as a managed solution covering the obligations that surround salary calculation, with packages adapted to the size and industry of the client's team and support for exchanging data in electronic or manual form.

The payroll process includes monthly payroll processing, calculation of salaries and wages in line with legal regulations, annual income tax calculation, pension and health insurance deductions, registration and deregistration of employees with the social security office and tax authority, and preparation and delivery of the required forms to the competent institutions. Clients receive pay slips according to an agreed timeline, electronic reports, automated import and export of documents, and regular updates on legislative changes affecting payroll, with confidentiality of client data.
