The company has a holding structure with several interconnected businesses, some of which are partly located abroad. International operations are carried out within the affiliated companies. The company's primary objective is securities trading, commodities, foreign exchange and forex trading, their brokerage, as well as the possibility of automated trading based on its own software. Among its activities are also software development, information technology security, portal operations and other activities.
Accounting management conducted externally, without advisory services and document flow management. Human resources management without strategy and company management based on insufficient information due to the absence of an integrated information system. Unsatisfactory communication between the various stakeholders was also identified, along with weak problem analysis from all necessary perspectives.
Solution
Service implementation took place at several levels. Communication with legal representatives was established and the information system was unified, including document management and accounting document flow. Important decisions are subjected to analysis not only from a factual perspective, but also from legal and economic perspectives. Management of international operations was also taken over, along with ensuring day-to-day operations and back office services. Synergies were also identified in the area of IT and financing, with complete operational care for the company.
