• No Local HR in South Korea: The HR PIC in China is required to handle South Korea region, however, due to the lack of local HR knowledge, there was a difficulty in understanding KR Labour law/statutory
• Before using BIPO HRMS, employees required to apply leave by filling in a hardcopy form to manager/MD/HR manually for approval

• Understanding KR Labour Law/Statutory: During the discussion between client's HR PIC and KR MD, they have difficulties to understand the request and explanation from each other, so BIPO team helped them to align with the discussion and share South Korea common practice and labour law
• BIPO KR team helped client to set ESS portal for KR MD to monitor employee data from ESS
