Building an IT Customer Support Team for Lipscore

With its rapid growth, Lipscore decided to build a new IT Customer Support team in the Tri-City area. The company faced significant challenges due to its lack of knowledge about the Polish job market and the specific requirements of IT sector employees. Lipscore is a Scandinavian platform that allows e-commerce customers to rate products and services. The platform enables users to share opinions, give ratings, and make suggestions, which helps businesses better understand their needs and preferences. Lipscore needed a partner who could: Advise on salaries, collaboration terms, and the expectations of experts with the required skills; Find experienced specialists in IT Support and Web Development (Ruby Developers); Handle the entire formal process of hiring the selected individuals.

To meet Lipscore's needs, we assembled a four-person project team led by an experienced Account Manager. The team supports the client in finding and hiring individuals for key technical roles such as IT Customer Support, Ruby Developer, Fullstack Ruby Developer, and Junior Ruby Developer. Devire recruiters create a shortlist of candidates who match the required skills and fit culturally. Their motivations, financial expectations, and skills are thoroughly vetted. This carefully selected group is then presented to Lipscore, who decides which candidates to proceed with. Additionally, our team provides consulting support on current salary trends, candidate expectations, market conditions, and legal frameworks for working with IT experts. We also handle all formalities related to collaborating with the individuals chosen by Lipscore.

Since the beginning of our collaboration, Devire has assigned 11 contractors to Lipscore's project, including specialists in IT Customer Support, Ruby Development, Fullstack Ruby Development, and Junior Ruby Development.
