Business Alliance (BA)

Business Alliance (BA) was established in 2010 as a regional management consulting and business support provider working across the MENA region, with offices in Al-Bireh, Palestine and Amman, Jordan. Its work is organised into four business lines: BA Business Support, BA Academy, BA HR Support and BA Digital Support.

The company works in three main domains. Under job creation it addresses employment, employability, capacity building, coaching, self-employment, entrepreneurship and freelancing. Under organisational support it helps organisations build development roadmaps, launch operations, run complex projects, carry out business consultancies and studies, and acquire and staff competent teams. Its digitalisation work covers business transformation and IT consulting, automated personality and IT assessments, and improving clients' digital presence.

BA's specialty fields include headhunting and staffing, the gig economy and online freelancing, capacity building, organisational development, and ITO outsourcing and ICT sector development. It also runs the OFOQ programme, which connects candidates with opportunities through recruitment, training, networking and employment services for youth and professionals.

Clients include individuals such as youth, women and professionals; companies ranging from corporates to SMEs and startups; and organisations including international development agencies, NGOs and governmental bodies. The firm has worked with local, regional and international clients across economic development, investment, telecoms, pharmaceuticals, health, finance, industry, manufacturing, trade, IT and innovation management.
