Its payroll team has more than 20 years of experience working with companies across sectors including hospitality and leisure, architecture and building, logistics, outsourcing, IT services and financial services.

The service covers the addition of new employees and removal of leavers, processing of remuneration, allowances and benefits including overtime, compliance with remuneration orders, deduction and payment of social security charges to the authorities, processing of employee advances and loans, and handling of statutory payments through Mauritius Network Services. Tailor-made services can also be developed for individual clients.

Payroll is processed monthly or at another agreed frequency from client data submitted on pre-defined templates, using a cloud-based Oracle payroll system that is configured for each client and updated to reflect changes in legislation. Clients receive payroll reports for approval before bank submission, employees receive payslips in hard copy or electronic format, and annual returns such as the Statement of Emoluments and Return of Employees are generated for employees and the Mauritius Revenue Authority.
