BDO Lithuania is a professional services firm whose business services and outsourcing team handles accounting and tax work for client companies. Working from a company's primary documents, the team makes adjustments where needed and checks that financial and economic operations are recorded correctly and on time, so that financial reports can be prepared and taxes and payments to the budget calculated. It also verifies that accounting and reporting data is accurate and submitted on schedule to outside institutions and to company management, and it participates and provides explanations to the State Tax Inspectorate when a review of the company's financial activities takes place.
