BDO Cambodia

BDO Cambodia is an approved member firm of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA). It was among the first three accounting firms approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia to act as a professional accounting firm and independent auditor in the securities sector, and it is an approved independent auditor of banks and financial institutions by the National Bank of Cambodia.

The firm serves clients across a broad range of industries, combining knowledge of local business requirements and national regulations with international standards and industry developments. Services include audit and assurance, agreed-upon procedures, reporting accountant work for IPOs, IFRS and US GAAP reporting, and review of financial statements, alongside advisory work such as corporate finance and valuation.

BDO Cambodia works with the support of BDO Malaysia and other regional offices, drawing on a team of more than 1,000 staff and partners or directors. It applies the BDO network's common methodologies and shared IT platform, including the BDO Audit Process Tool, to deliver consistent service to both local and multinational clients.
