BDO Nigeria

BDO Nigeria is part of the BDO network, an international organisation of professional services firms operating in 164 countries. The Nigerian practice was established in 1973 as Oyediran Faleye Oke & Co and now works from a head office and branch offices in the country.

The firm's work is organised around three service lines. Audit and assurance follows the BDO Audit Manual, a consistent methodology applied across the network that reflects international auditing standards together with national statutory and professional requirements. Tax services cover corporate tax compliance, personal income tax and tax advisory work for clients dealing with changing regulation. Advisory services include corporate finance, due diligence, human capital management and performance improvement.

BDO Nigeria works with clients in consumer business, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, natural resources, the not-for-profit and public sectors, real estate and construction, technology and telecommunications, and transport. It also publishes articles, technical updates and other insight material for clients through its online library.
