Africa HR Solutions is an Employer of Record (EOR) and payroll provider headquartered in Mauritius that supports companies hiring and paying staff across Africa. It operates in more than 46 African countries, including Angola, and works with over 400 international clients, ranging from SMEs and NGOs to listed multinationals. The company is ISO/IEC 27001 certified for information security and assigns each client a dedicated point of contact.

Services cover Employer of Record and Professional Employer Organization arrangements, payroll outsourcing and statutory compliance, immigration support for work permits and visas, and employee benefits administration. EOR staff are covered by life insurance underwritten by Unisure Group as part of the standard package.

Africa HR Solutions is majority owned by ADvTECH Resourcing, which holds a 51% stake. Its model lets international organisations employ, manage and pay people in African markets without setting up a local legal entity in each country.
