Career Options Africa Group

Career Options Africa Group is a human resource and business support agency operating through its own locally registered entities, offices and staff in nine African countries: Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan, Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa and the Democratic Republic of Congo. It is registered as an HR and employment agency in each of these markets.

The group's services include outsourced payroll processing, Employer of Record (EOR) and Professional Employer Organisation (PEO) arrangements, human resource outsourcing, recruitment and executive search, labour supply and management, immigration support and wider business support services. Payroll and HR work is carried out in line with local labour law and employment policy in each country of operation.

In Tanzania, the company works from Dar es Salaam and serves both local and international clients that need workforce administration handled in-country. Its client base spans East, Central, West and Southern Africa, and it states that more than 100 clients use it for HR and payroll.
