CMA International (Cabinet Mabrouk Ayari) is an accounting, audit and advisory firm founded in Tunis in 1983 by Mabrouk Ayari. The firm has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Tunisia (OECT) since 1986 and is an independent member of PrimeGlobal, an association of independent accounting and advisory firms present in 128 countries, which allows it to support clients operating across borders.

The firm provides audit and statutory auditor engagements based on IFAC and OECT standards, including contractual audits, limited reviews and agreed-upon procedures. It also offers legal and financial consulting covering commercial corporate law, foreign exchange regulation and labour law, business setup support including legal formalities, liaison with the Tunisian administration and business planning, as well as accounting, HR management and payroll and due diligence work.

Clients come from a range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, manufacturing, agri-food, textiles, international trade, information technology, hotels and tourism, and associations. The practice is led by Managing Partner Mabrouk Ayari, a chartered accountant and member of the OECT, and by Akram Ayari, partner in charge of advisory, who joined the firm in 2018 after starting his career at EY and leads due diligence, valuation and structuring engagements.
