JST Group, through its HR Solutions division, provides managed payroll services for companies operating in Thailand and Vietnam. Its payroll team handles the full cycle from data collection to payslip distribution, and keeps clients aligned with Thai tax regulations, social security requirements and labour law changes.

The service covers monthly payroll processing, personal income tax calculation and withholding, Social Security Office (SSO) contribution management, provident fund administration, statutory bonus and severance calculations, and year-end tax reporting including PND 1 Kor, PND 91 and SSO Form 1.10 submissions. Payslips are issued in Thai and English, with Vietnamese available for teams in Vietnam, and employees can access a secure online payroll portal. JST also integrates with clients' existing HR systems.

JST works with foreign-owned companies with or without a local Thai entity, including BOI-compliant payroll, and manages payroll for both Thai nationals and expatriate staff using shadow payroll, split payroll and tax-equalisation calculations. Standalone personal income tax services are available for individuals and expatriates, covering annual return preparation, tax treaty analysis, refund applications and Revenue Department correspondence. Payroll can be combined with Employer of Record support for companies without their own Thai entity, and onboarding of an existing payroll typically takes two to four weeks including a parallel run.
