AJIEL Information Systems offers a core HR and payroll platform built for Moroccan payroll rules, in use since 2010. It is aimed at structured SMEs, accounting firms handling client payroll files, and Moroccan subsidiaries of international groups that report to a head office.

The platform brings HR administration and payroll together in one system. It includes complete employee files, leave and absence management with self-service requests, automatic quotas, team calendars and manager approval, time and attendance with schedules, clocking, overtime and timesheets feeding into payroll, document generation and onboarding using Moroccan templates, and an employee portal for payslips, leave, documents and advances.

The payroll engine applies rates, scales and calculation rules in line with Moroccan legislation, referencing CNSS, IR and CIMR figures, and runs a workflow from data entry to closing. It includes 16 pre-closing controls, retroactive recalculation over several months, and comparison of each payslip against a validated reference payroll. AJIELIA, the built-in AI assistant, flags anomalies and explains each alert with the applicable regulatory text, such as the Labour Code, CNSS circulars or DGI scales, while final validation and responsibility remain with the user.
