Nomiplex

Nomiplex is a payroll and business management platform for Latin America with a dedicated Costa Rica offering. It works both as software that a company's own team operates and as an outsourced payroll service in which Nomiplex administers the process on the client's behalf. Calculations for salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, CCSS employer and employee contributions, aguinaldo and vacations are applied automatically in line with the Costa Rican Labor Code.

The platform is used by companies and by maquila and free trade zone operations, since it supports shift work, piece-rate production and high employee volumes. Features include payroll calculation, generation of bank files for mass transfers in formats such as CSV and ACH, digital employee records, compliance reports and files formatted for local authorities and banks, and an API for integration with accounting systems.

Nomiplex also covers digital contracts and annexes, centralised benefits and policy records for audits, automated onboarding and offboarding with checklists and access authorisation, and employee portals where staff can review pay slips, salary details and payment breakdowns. The service includes 24/7 support, automatic backups and regulatory updates.
