WizContabil

WizContabil is a Moldovan software implementer that delivers and supports accounting and payroll systems for companies operating in Moldova. Its own products are WizJurnal, covering accounting, inventory, production and management reporting with electronic invoicing, and WizSalary, which handles hiring records, timekeeping, automatic salary calculation and CNAS declarations.

All solutions are built to Moldovan legislation and updated as rules change, including 2026 payroll contribution rates and e-Factura requirements. Alongside its own software, the company resells and integrates Microinvest POS for retail and HoReCa and Kaspersky endpoint security, so clients can use a single partner for accounting, payroll, retail and IT security.

The company reports more than 29 years on the Moldovan market, over 500 implementations, more than 100 active clients and around 3,000 active users. A local team in Chișinău handles configuration to each business, data migration, training and support in Romanian and Russian, with implementation included in the subscription. It also runs webinars on regulatory topics such as personal data protection.
