The HR Company (HRC) is an HR services provider based in Baku, Azerbaijan, offering payroll outsourcing to employers of varying sizes. Each client is assigned a dedicated payroll specialist, with the aim of reducing the administrative time employers spend on payroll while keeping processing accurate and on schedule.

Its payroll service covers timesheet processing, maintenance of employee payroll records, monthly salary payments, vacation and sick pay accruals, employee pay slips, bank liaison and payment orders, and pension fund, statistics and employer tax reporting.
