Tawzef

Tawzef is an HR services provider offering Employer of Record (EOR) solutions in Egypt. It allows global organisations to hire and manage employees based in Egypt without establishing a local entity, taking on the legal employer role and the responsibilities that come with it.

As an EOR, Tawzef manages payroll tax calculations, social insurance registration and contributions, and adherence to Egyptian labour law, along with employee management from onboarding through ongoing payroll processing. The aim is to reduce clients' legal exposure while keeping employment administration compliant and consistent.

For businesses that do not need the full range of EOR services, Tawzef also offers standalone payroll outsourcing. Clients send attendance sheets together with deductions, commissions, overtime, and bonuses, and Tawzef calculates each employee's monthly salary and returns the details for disbursement. This option is aimed particularly at small and medium-sized enterprises looking to reduce time spent on support functions and limit payroll errors.
