Salvatech

Salvatech helps international companies, mainly in the United States, build remote teams in Colombia and elsewhere in Latin America without incorporating locally. It acts as the employer of record, taking on employment contracts, payroll, social security, taxes and ongoing compliance, with onboarding typically completed in three to five business days.

Recruitment is included in the service at no additional cost. Salvatech's in-house recruiting team learns the role and the client's business, sources and vets candidates in local markets such as Bogotá, Medellín and Cali, and presents a shortlist; the client conducts interviews and makes the hiring decision. Salvatech then handles contracts, payroll setup, benefits enrolment and equipment provisioning.

Once hired, team members work directly under the client's direction, using the client's tools and processes, while Salvatech continues to manage payroll, compliance and day-to-day HR support through a dedicated partner. Typical engagements cover customer service, marketing, technology and logistics roles.
