Rotmar Strategies

Rotmar Strategies is a professional services firm based in Chișinău that handles the financial, accounting and personnel administration work of businesses operating in Moldova. Its four service lines are accounting, payroll and HR, financial consulting and inventory services.

In payroll and HR, the firm administers employment contracts, prepares payroll registers and maintains personnel records, produces salary reporting and files declarations with the Labour Inspectorate (ISM) and the State Tax Service (SFS). It also advises clients on Moldovan labour legislation.

Accounting work is kept in line with the National Accounting Standards, with tax returns filed on schedule, annual financial statements prepared and periodic reporting provided to the client. Financial consulting covers financial diagnosis, planning and cash-flow analysis, while the inventory service uses trained teams and barcode scanners to count stock and fixed assets and to handle goods receipt, with the team sized to the volume of work.

The firm operates from Calea Orheiului 122, ground floor, in Chișinău, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, and works with local companies across sectors including hospitality, retail and food service.
