It works from an active database of more than 5,000 candidates and screens them for technical skills, background and attitude so that clients interview only a shortlist.

Alongside sourcing, the company administers the employment paperwork involved in cross-border hiring, including contracts, visas, work permits and legal compliance, and manages relocation logistics such as travel and local housing so that new hires arrive settled and ready to start. It also provides ongoing support after placement and offers a free replacement if a candidate does not meet the client's standards.

Riga Rocket covers high-volume and seasonal staffing for manufacturing, agriculture and warehousing, as well as certified tradespeople and technicians in fields such as construction, welding, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, roofing, landscaping, HVAC repair, painting, flooring and masonry. It also arranges study and internship placements in Latvia through training partnerships, so that workers arrive with skills matched to a client's methods. The company works on a no-upfront-cost basis, with payment due only on successful placement.
