RH LAB

RH LAB is a Luxembourg HR services company whose social secretariat handles outsourced payroll for employers. Payroll is managed through a personnel management interface made in Luxembourg that links the RH LAB team with client management, HR departments, managers and employees, so that schedules, clocking data, absences and other variable elements feed into payroll without re-entry.

Operational payroll work covers monthly pay processing, leaver files including U1 forms, employer attestations, work certificates, remuneration certificates and final settlement receipts, electronic annual remuneration certificates, electronic transmission of account statements and year-end statements to the tax authorities, provisions for untaken leave and closing payroll journals. The social secretariat can also draft employment and internship contracts, request mandatory medical examinations, handle re-employment aid and other aid applications, process split salaries and tax splits, manage secondments, prepare short-time and bad-weather unemployment files, run salary simulations, support wage attachment and maintenance payment procedures, produce statistics and data extracts for bodies such as Statec, the ITM and the ACD, and check social security invoices and mutuality reimbursements.

Employees access the service through a digital application that lets them request leave, view team schedules, consult securely stored payslips and personal documents, track hours and remote working, and submit expense claims. Beyond payroll, RH LAB offers time-shared HR management, social audits, an HR Line advisory service with HR directors and business partners, recruitment ranging from exclusive to volume hiring, and training, skills assessment, coaching and outplacement.
