PerformeRH

PerformeRH develops an HRIS (SIRH) for organisations in Morocco, designed to bring HR data and processes together in a single reference system. The software is modular, so clients can assemble the set of functions that matches their HR policy and processes.

The payroll module automates payroll management, generates payslips and helps monitor the wage bill. Payroll rules are fully configurable and support multi-company setups, and the module also covers employee loans. Other administrative modules include Core RH for centralised employee records and personnel administration, org chart definition, leave and absence management with attendance recording and automatic time counters, and travel and expense claims calculated according to the employment contract and company policy.

Further modules cover time and activity management, including planned versus actual workload and analytical tracking by project or task, recruitment planning and interview follow-up, training plans with regulatory declarations and reimbursements, workforce and skills planning with performance evaluation, and HR reporting with dashboards and social reports. An integrated HR self-service portal gives employees and managers access to these processes.
