Payroll Taiwan is the HR and payroll outsourcing service operated by 11th Fleet for companies employing staff in Taiwan. It takes on payroll calculation, tax filings and compliance with Taiwan's labour laws, with pricing quoted from NTD 900 per employee per month.

The service covers salary and bonus computation, wire transfer processing, employee reimbursement management and withholding tax for foreign workers at the standard 18% rate. Payroll runs on software that gives employees secure online access to their payslips and payment details, and salaries are paid by bank transfer.

The team supports both local and foreign employees, including part-time and contract workers and remote teams engaged through Employer of Record arrangements. It is aimed at businesses that want to cut the administrative load of in-house payroll or that lack internal expertise in Taiwan's changing labour and tax rules.
