LSA Law Firm has provided legal and accounting services in Yerevan and across Armenia for more than ten years. Its team of lawyers and accountants reviews each matter, sets out the possible outcomes for the client before a contract is signed, and develops a case strategy on that basis.

These include corporate work such as company registration, contract drafting, bookkeeping, negotiations and licensing support; criminal defence, representation of victims and witnesses, and early release applications; civil matters including property, contract, damage compensation and insurance disputes, copyright protection and inheritance cases; and administrative law, covering appeals against decisions of state bodies, licensing and permit issues, and tax and customs disputes.
