Korhi

Korhi is a payroll and human resources information system (SIRH) built for small and medium-sized enterprises in Côte d'Ivoire. The platform automates the payroll cycle in line with the Ivorian Labour Code, calculating ITS (Impôt sur Traitements et Salaires) using DGI 2025 rates, CNPS contributions and FDFP charges, and producing net pay figures without manual spreadsheets.

Alongside payroll calculation, Korhi centralises employee records, contracts, leave and absence tracking. Payslips are generated as PDFs for download or direct email, and the system prepares the legal payroll register and monthly CNPS and DGI declarations for export in PDF or Excel. Salary rates and scales are updated as Ivorian regulations change.

Employers can pay staff directly from the platform through grouped Mobile Money transfers, and each employee has a dedicated wallet account for payments, withdrawals and tracking via the Korhi mobile app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Companies sign up online, import employees by CSV or manual entry, then validate calculated payslips at month end.

Korhi is offered in tiered plans, beginning with a 30-day free Basic trial for up to five employees and one company, and a Plus plan for small businesses managing up to 20 employees with CNPS and tax declaration tools plus HR management support. Higher tiers add Mobile Money integration and priority support.
