The company contracts the worker, handles the local employment agreement and runs payroll through a compliant system, so clients can place staff in a new market while INS Global acts as the legal employer.

Alongside its EOR offering, INS Global runs global recruitment services to source and hire candidates, and a contractor solution for engaging freelancers and independent contractors in more than 160 countries. Published pricing starts at US$299 per month for employer of record, US$49 per month for contractor management, and 8% of annual salary for recruitment.

The onboarding process is structured in three steps: the client selects a candidate, INS Global sets up the arrangement and creates the employment contract, and the employee is onboarded onto its payroll platform. The company states it works with more than 3,200 companies across its country coverage, which includes Bahrain.
