G&D Consulting Group is a Colombian consulting firm that provides payroll outsourcing, also known as payrolling or BPO nómina, alongside accounting, tax, legal and audit outsourcing services. Based in Bogotá, it works with medium-sized and large companies that are already operating in Colombia as well as those setting up in the country.

Its payroll service covers payroll settlement including parafiscal contributions and social security, enrolment and de-enrolment of employees in the social security system, payment vouchers and certificates, consolidation of statutory benefits, vacation tracking and payment, coordination of social security payments with the operator, generation of files for electronic payment, and statutory reporting. The firm also handles background checks, personnel selection and the systematization of payroll for automated processing.

The service is delivered through payroll software adapted to Colombian labour regulations, including an employee portal for handling requests, and provides traceability of payments, enrolments, leave and authorizations throughout the outsourcing cycle.
