SIA FinServices is an accounting company based in Latvia whose main activity is outsourced bookkeeping for businesses. Its subscription accounting service covers document processing, bank transactions, reports to the State Revenue Service, VAT, management reports and deadline control, alongside accounting and tax explanations for company management.

Payroll is a separate service line, covering employee records, working time data, salary calculation, payroll listings and control of related costs. The company also prepares and files annual reports, handles personnel documentation such as orders, registers and working time records, assists with registering a new company in Latvia and with changes to existing companies, and helps structure documents, deadlines and costs so that tax obligations are predictable.

FinServices takes on cases where accounting has been neglected, restoring documents, putting past periods in order and establishing a regular monthly process going forward. Clients include car service workshops, manufacturers, building materials traders, construction companies, online shops, industrial climbers, directors and marketing specialists working in Latvia and abroad. Work is carried out in Latvian, English and Russian, and the whole service, from document exchange to monthly reporting, can be handled remotely anywhere in Latvia.
