Finland EOR

Finland EOR provides Employer of Record services that allow international companies to hire employees in Finland without incorporating a local company (Oy / Osakeyhtiö). The company becomes the legal employer, while the client keeps control of the employee's day-to-day work.

Onboarding is stated to take one to two weeks and includes drafting contracts under the Finnish Employment Contracts Act (Työsopimuslaki) and any applicable collective agreement (TES), reporting the employee to the Incomes Register (Tulorekisteri), enrolling them in TyEL pension, and arranging mandatory occupational accident and group life insurance. Ongoing service covers monthly payroll with holiday pay, withholding tax (ennakonpidätys) and Vero reporting, benefits, and compliance with the Annual Holidays Act, Working Hours Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act and GDPR. The company also supports Migri applications for residence permits for employed persons and specialist permits.

The service is used for market testing, project-based work and building distributed teams across the Nordics and the EU, and covers the full employment lifecycle from contracts through to termination.
