Fimbul Oy takes care of payroll administration for clients in Finland, managing payroll needs from producing payslips and payment instructions to filing tax returns and preparing statutory reports. Its payroll work also covers control of payroll schedules and approvals, secure data exchange, and the withholding and payment of income tax and social contributions.

On the HR side, Fimbul comments on employment contracts and benefits, administers employment contracts, and helps ensure that statutory employer insurance policies and occupational health care services are in place and compliant with local regulations. Rather than relying on a small local team, Fimbul has teamed up with the Finnish accounting firm Rantalainen, giving it access to that firm's experience, office network and payroll and reporting systems.
