The company works through two engagement routes. In its direct employment markets — South Africa, Kenya, Zambia, Namibia, Botswana and Mauritius — it employs workers through its own in-country infrastructure. In markets such as Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Mozambique it supports contractor engagement instead, with guidance on compliance, risk and local requirements.

Alongside Employer of Record services, EOR In Africa offers recruitment, including candidate sourcing and screening before employment begins, and workforce management for project teams, field teams and country operations. Its clients include organisations in sectors such as renewable energy, mining, infrastructure, agriculture, development finance and non-profits, professional services, technology and logistics, particularly those running multi-country projects across the continent.
