DI-Africa

DI-Africa provides international mobility, employment management and technical staffing in Mozambique, working with oil and gas, drilling and infrastructure projects from Maputo to Temane province. The company holds a local legal entity, issues contracts compliant with Mozambican law, and works with local tax and social authorities.

Its services cover the full employment lifecycle: recruitment and sourcing of local nationals and international expatriates, Employer of Record arrangements that let clients operate without setting up their own entity, end-to-end work permit and visa management for all nationalities, and monthly payroll with social declarations, tax filings and digital payslips. DI-Africa also handles contract legalisation, local bank support, foreign currency and multi-currency payments, and international insurance including health, medevac and workmen's compensation. Training services include HSE and technical skills development alongside local content compliance programmes.

In Mozambique, DI-Africa represents Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS) and manages the technical assistance contract on the Mariott T46 drilling rig in Temane province, within SASOL blocks. Clients use a digital HR platform that includes a manager dashboard, e-signature contracts, onboarding and an employee self-service portal.
