Dhi ADT operates a unified platform for HR, payroll, Employer of Record (EOR) and employment compliance covering more than 50 countries. Its EOR service lets companies hire and employ people in a country, including Austria and other European markets, without establishing a local legal entity.

Coverage spans 26 countries in Europe, 11 in Latin and North America and 11 in Asia Pacific. Alongside EOR, the company provides global payroll for distributed teams, with the aim of keeping employment contracts, payments and statutory obligations aligned with local rules in each country.

The platform is used by companies building or managing teams across several countries, and Dhi ADT states that it works with more than 150 client organisations worldwide.
