Cabinet Tahar Bakir (CTB) is an accounting and consulting firm established in Tunis, serving companies and professionals for more than 15 years. It was founded by Tahar Bakir, a chartered accountant, member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Tunisia and judicial expert.

The firm is structured around five areas of competence. Accounting expertise covers bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements and tax returns, under Tunisian accounting standards as well as IAS and IFRS, including interim and consolidated statements. Audit work includes statutory and contractual audits, review of contributions and consolidation. Consulting covers company formation, tax optimisation, business management and training. Company law services include incorporation, legal secretarial work and business transfers.

CTB also handles payroll and HR management for its clients, producing payslips, filing social declarations and supporting day-to-day human resources administration. Clients are assigned a single point of contact, and the firm's approach is based on independence, professional ethics and sector-specific experience.
