Our collaboration with Logicworks involved addressing their requirements for expanding their IT team. This was driven by Logicworks' plan to broaden the reach of their services geographically, necessitating the hiring of skilled engineers who specialise in diverse technologies such as AWS, Azure, Linux, and JavaScript. Logicworks provides cloud solutions that encompass migration, maintenance, and support services for AWS and Azure-based platforms. Their Cloud Reliability Platform represents a blend of cutting-edge engineering expertise, policy-as-code, and integrated tools that allow customers to meet their compliance, security, and cost-control obligations.

To meet Logicworks' requirements, we established a recruitment team that assisted in the search for candidates intended to fill essential technical positions. Our procedure included sourcing and screening potential candidates so as to create a list that corresponded to the client's required skill-set and budget criteria. We then presented a customised pool of candidates to Logicworks for their consideration. Our team also continues to provide payroll assistance.
Results
Through our partnership with Logicworks, we have successfully filled four significant positions crucial to the company's geographical expansion.
