The challenge was to scale mentl's impact and create more comprehensive workplace solutions whilst building strategic partnerships with leading experts.

Solution
Creation Business Consultants supported mentl's evolution by helping establish strategic partnerships throughout Mental Health Awareness Month with globally and regionally renowned experts and practitioners focused on moving the needle on well-being in the workplace. The partnership with the Christensen Consultancy was announced as the first of many strategic collaborations. The solution included:
- Interactive Workshops: A series of online sessions focusing on mental health awareness, stress management, resilience building, and strategies for dealing with burnout.
- Mental Health Toolkits: Tailored resources for employees, managers, and HR practitioners that provide practical strategies for recognising, managing, and supporting mental health at work, including:
- Employee Toolkit: Empowers employees to manage their mental health, access resources, and cultivate a supportive community.
- Manager Toolkit: Equips managers with the skills to recognise mental health issues, support team members effectively, and maintain a mentally healthy team environment.
- HR Practitioner Toolkit: Offers comprehensive resources for HR professionals to develop and implement mental health strategies throughout the organisation.
Mentl's platform already featured leading diversity experts, occupational, business, interpersonal relationship, and behavioural psychologists, team building gurus, adventurers, human performance specialists and inspiring Emirati keynote speakers who have overcome their own mental health challenges.
Results
Mentl successfully launched an online knowledge hub in English and Arabic (mentl.space), engaged with individuals via 'the mentl space' podcast, and hosted numerous talks, events, and conferences. The organisation launched its inaugural edition of 'the mentl awards' in 2023 in Dubai, celebrating companies that prioritise their people.
