BREICIS

BREICIS (SIA Breicis) is a tax, transfer pricing and accounting practice in Latvia led by certified tax consultant Artūrs Breicis. It advises legal entities, both Latvian and foreign companies, as well as resident and non-resident individuals.

Tax consulting covers the assessment of tax treatment for planned or completed transactions, choice of the most suitable tax regime, tax planning for cross-border transactions, application of double taxation treaties, and tax reviews carried out in a manner similar to a State Revenue Service (VID) inspection. The firm also helps resolve disputed questions with the VID and the Ministry of Finance, supports clients during VID audits, identifies tax saving opportunities, and performs tax due diligence. Advisory areas include corporate income tax, permanent establishments, personal income tax and mandatory state social insurance contributions, VAT, taxation of transactions with non-residents including withholding taxes, and the micro-enterprise tax.

Alongside tax advice, BREICIS works on transaction structuring, transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, investment valuation, VAT services, financial and legal services, company registration, and accounting and audit.
