Barona

Barona is a Finnish work life and employment services company whose Employer of Record (EOR) service lets international companies hire staff in Finland and the wider Nordic region without first setting up a branch or subsidiary. Barona acts as the local employer, handling employment contracts, payroll, taxes and compliance with Finnish labour law and applicable collective agreements. The service is often used by companies entering the market while they assess or prepare their own entity setup.

Support is arranged around the client's needs, ranging from a full-service employment solution to payroll and compliance only.
