AY Conseil, the practice of Cabinet Anis Yaiche, is an audit, accounting, tax and legal advisory firm based in Sfax, Tunisia. It was formed through the takeover of an established local practice and draws on more than 30 years of experience advising companies and their managers. Founder Anis Yaiche is a chartered accountant qualified in France, holds a DES from ICHEC Brussels in internal control and management control, and has designed and delivered training for the French accounting profession's training centre.

The firm works across eight areas of practice. These include statutory and contractual audit, limited review engagements and audits of funded projects; bookkeeping, supervision of general accounting and preparation of annual and interim financial statements; tax and social advisory covering fiscal and social audits, annual planning, assistance during inspections and transfer pricing; business law work such as company formation, legal secretarial support and restructuring; management consulting including business plans, financing plans and management control; and support with digitalisation.

AY Conseil serves small and medium-sized enterprises as well as foreign investors setting up in Tunisia, and describes its approach around three principles: availability of a direct contact, agreed and respected turnaround times, and methodical rigour on each engagement. It also makes online tools available to clients, including payroll calculation and financial analysis simulators.
