Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL) provides payroll outsourcing and employment services for companies operating in Rwanda and other African markets. Its payroll service covers timely payment of employees in line with Rwandan tax regulations and labour law, with the ability to pay teams in different currencies.

AMSOL also acts as an employer of record, allowing businesses to hire and pay staff in Rwanda without first establishing a local legal entity. This includes drafting employment contracts, onboarding new hires and administering employee benefits and statutory contributions, whether the workforce is based in Kigali or elsewhere in the country.

The company works with international clients expanding into African markets, providing a single point of contact for payroll, compliance and HR administration so that in-house teams can concentrate on their core operations.
