ADD Malta

ADD+ is a Malta-based corporate service provider made up of accountants and auditors supported by clerical and partly qualified staff. The firm works in the financial management field, covering matters from company formations through to liquidations, and is based at Hardrocks Business Park in Naxxar.

The firm has a dedicated payroll team that handles outsourced payroll for companies employing staff in Malta, where employers are required by law to keep full records of salaries, bonuses, allowances and statutory deductions for income tax and social security contributions from engagement to termination. Services include periodic payroll calculation, monthly preparation of the FS5, yearly preparation of individual FS3 forms, submission of FSS documents to the Inland Revenue Department, and calculation of monthly employment tax and insurance for both employee and employer.

ADD+ also assists with applications for a PE number for organisations that wish to employ individuals, tax numbers for non-resident employees, and employment forms for new and terminated employees.
