To-Increase, a global SaaS leader in ISV for Microsoft Dynamics 365, had to take back more than 60 employees from their parent company Columbus within a short deadline of April 1st following acquisition by Gilde Buy Out Partners. They needed to engage employees on identical benefits packages while managing employee concerns and doubts.

Solution
Leap29's Expansion team reviewed existing employment contracts and employee profiles, produced bespoke 'Appointment Letters', put together benefits packages including health, accident, and life insurance. They also leased office space in Hyderabad, implemented a bespoke HR system, and procured and delivered tech equipment for all employees.
Results
To-Increase successfully onboarded more than 60 employees within the short deadline and increased headcount in India by over 50% over the next 12 months. Leap29 assisted with HR issues during this period and managed a smooth transition when To-Increase established their own operation.
