One Za’abeel – Mesmerizing Architecture Marvel

Located between the Dubai World Trade Centre and Za'abeel Park, One Za'abeel is the epitome of human innovation, ambition and positive spirit. It comprises two towers connected by a suspended bridge, the longest cantilever construction in the world.

The project presented several significant challenges:
- Requirement of additional industrial welders with specialized qualifications
- Risky project to work on due to the complex suspended bridge design and height
- Need for expert professionals with practice working in skyscrapers and high-rise construction
- Provision of experienced spray painters capable of working at extreme heights and on complex architectural surfaces

Marmoom Manpower implemented comprehensive solutions to address each challenge:

- Additional industrial welders with qualifications and experience were recruited by our quick recruitment team to meet the specialized welding requirements for the cantilever construction
- The workforce was briefed and trained on observing the safety aspects while working in the risky areas, with particular focus on working at heights and on the suspended bridge structure
- Selected a team of workers who have been working on high-rise buildings and have experience with complex architectural projects
- Spray painters with experience from our pool was used to ensure quality finishing on the unique architectural surfaces

Successfully completed the One Za'abeel project with the following achievements:

- 1 year project association duration
- 421,200 total manpower provided across all phases of construction
- 900 man-hours of specialized work completed
- Successful completion of the world's longest cantilever construction
- Zero major safety incidents despite the high-risk nature of the project
- Timely delivery of all construction phases
- Quality workmanship that contributed to this architectural marvel becoming a landmark in Dubai
