R&V Group

R&V Group is an accounting, tax and administrative services firm in Paraguay. It works with small and medium-sized enterprises and with international investors who want to operate legally and expand their activities in the country, offering accounting, tax and payroll management arranged around each client's requirements.

Services are grouped into three plans. The Basic plan covers monthly bookkeeping, IVA and IRE Simple filings, submission of sworn declarations to the SET, digital accounting books and support by email and WhatsApp. The Standard plan adds extended bookkeeping, IPS and payroll settlement and filing, monthly bank reconciliations, quarterly financial reports and quarterly tax advice. The Premium plan adds unlimited monthly bookkeeping, full IRE General and IDU settlement, payroll management including aguinaldo and holiday settlements, assistance during SET audits and requirements, monthly review meetings and representation before IPS, MTESS and other institutions.

For foreign clients, R&V Group assists with setting up sole proprietorships and companies in Paraguay, advising on the appropriate corporate form such as SRL, EAS or SA, drafting statutes and registering for a RUC, alongside continuing accounting, tax and legal advisory.
