Contabilidad & Planilla is a Panamanian firm specialising in payroll outsourcing and accounting services. Its systematised payroll service covers regular, vacation, thirteenth-month and extraordinary settlement payrolls, generation of payment files for staff and creditors via ACH or cheque, monthly reporting on salaries paid and legal deductions, overtime and absence analysis, debt and disability fund controls, quarterly severance fund contributions, and the accounting entries arising from each payroll.

The firm prepares and files the Caja de Seguro Social payroll through the SIPE system, produces the Annex 03 and e-Tax reports for the DGI, and issues employment letters and certificates for common illness, occupational risk, disability pension, maternity leave and annual income.
